Usability Research / Session ModerationFor this WPF project, my responsibilities included facilitating a session of research/analysis using personas, scripted prototypes and user observation to measure usability success. Remote users were asked to attend a LiveMeeting Web conference, and we recorded their thoughts and interactions while observing their interactions with the prototype.
